The following is one of my favorite “juicy bits / blends.” It’s great post workout, as a snack or meal replacement… check it out.
This makes two servings…. one for now, one for later.
- Two big leaves of chard (chop em up)
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
- One apple
- Two tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Two scoops vanilla protein powder
- Two tbsp. Açaí powder.
Blend it all up, add as much water as necessary for your desired consistency….
