Try this 10 minute Jump Rope Session for an extra “JUMP START” as your workout or part of it!

30 Double Unders (or 80 single unders)
15 push-ups
25 “air squats”
30 Double Unders (or 80 single unders)
15 push-ups

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes! Let’s see you sweat!
