Take My February Chest & Ab Challenge – Anywhere, Anytime, No Gym Required

I’m a big fan of fancy gym equipment, TRX, Kettlebells, Ropes, Rings, and whatever else you can think of but my favorite exercises are those that can be completed without any equipment, by anyone, no gym required.  Today I tried one of my favorite chest and abdominal challenges with a friend after a cycling class.  The routine is simple and works every time. Check it out and give it a try 2 – 3 times this week before, after or as your workout – Especially if you have 2015 resolutions and decided to skip the gym today. You need nothing but your body.Reza Chest Workout

  • 60 seconds – Push-Ups
  • 60 seconds – V-Ups
  • 50 seconds-  Push-Ups
  • 50 seconds – V-Ups
  • 40 seconds – Push-Ups
  • 40 seconds – V-Ups
  • 30 seconds – Push-Ups
  • 30 seconds – V-Ups
  • 20 seconds – Push-Ups
  • 20 seconds – V-Ups
  • 10 seconds – Push-Ups
  • 10 seconds – V-Ups

Complete as many as you can in the stated time frame. Don’t take any breaks! Work hard for 10 minutes and feel the burn!  If it becomes easy for you….vary up the push ups!
