Grilled Chicken, turkey bacon & brown rice. 20 minute lunch, today and tomorrow

Check out my recipe for a quick 20 minute lunch with servings for today and tomorrow

2 thinly sliced seasoned chicken breasts grilled
4 thinly sliced pieces of turkey bacon grilled
Green onions chopped
1 packet of pre-cooked brown rice (trader joes)
Equal parts mustard mixed with apple cider vinegar for the sauce

Divide servings into 2 containers and bam! You’ve got lunch for 2 days in 20 minutes. Perfect.

Now go to the gym.
